What we collect
When you submit our website form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, and description of your inquiry. If you call our live demonstration, we may collect the telephone number used to call, call date and duration, a call transcript, technical logs, and information you voluntarily provide during the call.
How we use it
We use this information to operate and evaluate the demonstration, review your request, respond to you, assess whether Dapajo is a fit for your business, improve our call flows and safeguards, and keep reasonable business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Telephone demonstration
The demonstration uses an AI telephone receptionist and identifies itself as AI. Audio recording is not enabled for the public demonstration unless callers are notified otherwise at the beginning of a call. Transcripts and call logs may still be created. Do not provide payment-card information, passwords, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive information.
Service providers
Our website, form, telephone, transcription, and AI services rely on providers that process information on our behalf. These include our website host, FormSubmit, Vapi, Twilio, and providers used for speech transcription and AI responses. Information may be processed outside Canada and may therefore be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained for up to 30 days.
Website analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. It may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and interactions such as telephone-link clicks and form submissions. We do not send the content of your form submission to Google Analytics. Analytics does not load unless you select “Accept analytics,” and your choice is stored in your browser. You may clear your browser storage to reset that choice.
Email, phone, and text
We will contact you using the method you select. If you choose text messaging, you consent to messages about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out. We do not use a phone number submitted through this form for unrelated marketing without further consent.
Retention and safeguards
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where applicable. To make a request, use the contact form on our home page and write “privacy request” in the message.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services develop. The date above identifies the current version.
